Sketchbook Tree

Saturday’s sketchbook extravaganza continues. This sketch is unfinished, but most sketches are.

Icecream Dream

I once had a dream about a peculiar icecream parlor.

Bathroom Mural

This is a mural I painted in a bathroom back in December. The wall was about 2.5 feet from the other wall so it was very difficult to get a good photo.

Not a Painting

My current studio space is in my Uncle’s attic. He’s the absolute greatest for letting me use it.

There are some soon the be painted over pieces in the bottom picture.

Finished the Oil Painting

This is the first in a series of oil paintings I hope to apply to galleries with. It is currently not for sale. It is based on a dream I had about standing up. The last image is to give you the idea of its size.

It is painted improperly on top of a painting of my sister screaming I made in college.

So, in many years a

large screaming face will become visable in the space including the back of the chair and directly behind

the emerging white face.

Natural Purple

It’s not dyed.

Natural Purple. Watercolor on paper. 10.5″x14.5″ (26.7cm x 36.8cm).

Scented Sunday

I remember very vividly the smells of many burning scented candles and oil paint.

Distance.  Oil on wood panel. 38″x24″. 2005

Unframed: $500.00

In Like a Goose

Sketchbook Saturday is back! Sorry I’ve been skipping these. Pages from my sketchbook are my favorite things to post, and I certainly have enough of them. I have no excuse.

Sword Dancer

This was done a little while back to prove my prowess as a fantasy artist.

Sword Dancer. Watercolor on paper. 15″x12″.

Unframed: $65.00
